It has been implementing an expansion plan in the sector through the consolidation of several residences under the same management. Currently operates <b>F\u00e1tima Spa Clube<\/b> unit (F\u00e1tima), <b>5Sensi<\/b> unit (Viana do Castelo) and two greenfield projects are under construction (Coimbra and Marinha
