Given the gap in the supply for high quality assisted living services in the market, PSHC leveraged in the vast experience of one of its partners to begin its activity in January of 2020 as an assisted living operator. It has been implementing an expansion plan in the sector through the consolidation of several residences under the same management. Currently operates Fátima Spa Clube unit (Fátima), 5Sensi unit (Viana do Castelo) and two greenfield projects are under construction (Coimbra and Marinha Grande)
