In this context, it provides its employees, investors, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders with whistleblowing channels, through which they can report in good faith any situation or well-founded suspicion regarding the occurrence of irregularities.

For the purpose of reporting irregularities, the following channels are available:

Verbal communication is also permitted. To this end, the whistleblower must request a meeting with the Compliance Officer through the aforementioned means of contact.

Reports may be submitted either identifiably or anonymously.
