Xavier Mendes holds a BSc in Applied Mathematics from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon (FCUL) and will pursue an MSc in Financial Mathematics at ISEG. During his Erasmus studies at the University of Cologne, he developed experience in mathematical modelling, machine learning and data analysis, applying quantitative methods to solve complex analytical problems. He has a particular interest in the intersection of mathematics, artificial intelligence and finance, with a focus on developing data-driven solutions that support financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
